Penny Hoover is the administrator for Reaching All Women. She has a passion for God’s women and for couples to thrive in their marriages, she believes that“good is the enemy of great” –James C Collins.
Penny loves to read her bible as the Holy Spirit brings it to life and see it as a pop-up book in action. She is reserved, watchful, and a dreamer in the Kingdom; she loves to dream with God and interpret dreams as the Holy Spirit guides.
Penny has led women’s ministries, women’s conferences, sat on the board of national women’s ministries, and has a certification in biblical counseling through Light University and the American Academy of Christian Counselors. She is also wife to a retired firefighter and mother to 3 amazing godly daughters.
